Does the other attorney or pro se litigant pay when I invite them to collaborate on a case?

​

No, the other attorney or pro se litigant is not required to pay or have a paid subscription in order to collaborate.  They will enjoy limited functionality offered by Legal Share Wizard until they subscribe.  

​

In the meantime, they will be able to receive your shared disclosure and discovery documents.

​

Do my clients pay to access Legal Share Wizard?

​

No, your clients are not charged any additional fee to access Legal Share Wizard.

Is Legal Share Wizard available for pro se litigants?

​

Yes, Legal Share Wizard offers pro se litigants a trial of one (1) free case for 60 days and/or purchase of a subscription. Sign up as a Pro Se Litigant on the "Free Trial" page to enjoy the same features available to the free trial or subscribed attorneys.

What happens to my cases after my free trial expires?

 

Legal Share Wizard offers a trial of one (1) free case for 60 days.  If you want to create more than one (1), you must purchase a subscription.  

​

If at the completion of your free trial you decide not to subscribe, your one (1) free case created during the free trial will remain available and accessible to you for at least 6 months from initiation of the free trial.  

​

During the free trial period and for subscriptions, you will be able to download and backup all case documents uploaded, received and/or shared in your cases within Legal Share Wizard.

​

If I decide to cancel my subscription to Legal Share Wizard, will I be able to download all of my documents?

​

Yes, all the data stored in your Legal Share Wizard account is available for backup at all times in the same PDF or other format in which you uploaded it. 

​

If you cancel your subscription to our service, we will maintain your data for up to ninety (90) days.

​

How does Legal Share Wizard safeguard privacy and confidentiality of my stored data?

You can access the Legal Share Software using these internet browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge. We do not support access via Microsoft Internet Explorer.

What states does this online software support?

This software is currently available for Florida Family Law attorneys. More states will be added soon.
